Golf Camp tuition is $1175 for a sleepover camper per week and $565 for day campers.
For immediate confirmation - Enroll online (USSportsCamps.com) or by phone (1-800-645-3226) . If you choose to register by mail or fax (415-479-6061), please complete the attached application form. Registrations BEFORE May 14, 2008 - A deposit of $250 is required on registrations made before May 14, 2008. A payment by Visa or MasterCard is required if you register by phone, by fax or online. Your final payment is due May 14, 2008.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through 2009. Your camp credit is transferable to a family member and may be used for any Nike Golf School. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Refund Insurance (see below).
Campers who leave camp during their session, will receive a pro-rated camp credit, valid through 2009. Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through 2009.
In the unlikely event US Sports Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp registration fees. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
Refund Insurance "our peace of mind" policy
US Sports Camps offers our camp families Refund Insurance for $40, due at the time of registration. Refund Insurance entitles you to a full refund of camp fees (deposit or full payment) if you cancel for any reason before June 1, 2008. Please note: $40 Refund Insurance fee is non-refundable.
With Refund Insurance, if you cancel after June 1, 2008, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through 2009. Your camp credit is transferable to anyone and may be used for any US Sports Camp.
